  Worst customer service by two members of on Sunday the 24th,completely lacked any communication skills ,I asked some questions and concerns, they seemed not keen to help and continued talking amongst themselves.

  I have stayed here a few times before and always found it good but this time the staff went above and beyond for us. We stayed with a child who was nervous and never been to a Hotel before. The staff made sure we had a room the suits us and her needs. everything was ready when we turned up and they even had biscuits for her. They made the stay run so smoothly and I was so grateful for the extras they did for us. All this was done without asking and made all the difference.

  Usually wifi is free. Charged 5 pounds. Did not get bottled water. Had to buy in name of charity. Egg roll was pathetic. One small fried egg on a very dry bun for 4 pounds. A bad experience.

  Nice little place just off the motorway/princess parkway. Service wonderful. Rooms are very comfy, beds are super comfy. Some refurbishment going on there at the moment so no bar/restaurant but there is a handy kiosk outside where you can get a breakfast roll. Very enjoyable stay.

  Tiny car park spaces...some people park over 2 which doesn't help. Otherwise a good location and great Premier Inn
