  Excellent experience, lovely food in restaurant, good rooms and I am always very well looked after by Mary, who tells me where everything is in the area and also kindly booked a table for me in the beefeater next door

  I had a really lovely experience at Premier Inn thanks to one of the receptionists, Rachel. We arrived quite late and had made a mistake with our booking by not specifying that we needed all three beds prepared. Despite it being close to midnight and Rachel being the only person on the front desk, she went out of her way to help us sort it out. She kindly made time and came up to prepare the additional beds for us, and throughout it all she was incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her, even at such a late hour. Her kindness and willingness to help really made a difference to our stay. Thank you so much, Rachel, you were amazing and the best asset to the hotel!

  Not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Check‑in set the tone — one person on reception with around 15 people waiting. No self check‑in machines either, which would’ve made a huge difference. The lady on the desk seemed unsure of the system, couldn’t find our booking, and it took far longer than it should’ve, with the blame being pushed back on us. The room itself was outdated, and the worst part was the constant creaking from the room above throughout the night. Hard to get any proper sleep. Overall, disappointed with the quality of this Premier Inn compared to others I’ve stayed in.

  Parkplätze sind dort genügend vorhanden hinter dem Hotel und ein bisschen Seitlich gesehen. Ich hatte direkt im Erdgeschoss ein Zimmer und die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so das man von draußen nichts hört. Im allgemeinen war es für eine Woche ruhig in dem Hotel und man hörte sonst auch nichts von den anderen Gästen. Abends konnte man auch bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, denn man hörte nicht viel von der Hauptstraße. Tv funktionierte so einigermassen. Er ist ein wenig langsam beim Einschalten und dann beim Sender wechseln. Das Internet ist schnell und man braucht auch nicht das extra Paket dafür zu buchen. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war 1A sauber gewesen und im allgemeinen war es sehr sauber. Wasserkocher, Tee, Zucker, Milch und Kaffe war auf dem Zimmer. Wenn man was extra haben wollte, dann konnte man sich das alles vom Eingang holen. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, da es auch Zentral gelegen ist. There is ample parking behind the hotel and a little to the side. I had a room on the ground floor and the windows were well-insulated, so you couldn't hear anything from outside. Overall, the hotel was quiet for a week and you didn't hear anything from the other guests. You could even sleep with the window open in the evenings, as you couldn't hear much from the main road. The TV worked reasonably well. It was a little slow to turn on and then to change channels. The internet was fast and you didn't need to book an extra package for it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the hotel in general was very clean. A kettle, tea,suggar, milk and coffee were provided in the room. If you wanted anything extra, you could get it from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel, especially since it's centrally located.
