  Didn't allow us to order a carvery dinner even tho it was all still lit up and on the counter at 6.10pm. They didn't turn the heat lamps off until gone 6.30. They could have let us have a dinner the chef man was rude .

  Our 3rd stay here, it's a typical Premier Inn, rooms are functional, beds very comfortable. Staff, including the domestic staff and the staff in the bar/dining room are excellent

  Room smelt very musky had dirt on walls and mould around window .friendly staff and close to the beach but not really a place to go if you want sea views or a tranquil stay away as surrounded by restaurants and bars

  Came to Southport on fri 12th and decided to go for dinner here. Well, we wish we hadn't. Most of the mixed starter was overcooked to the point of black, the ravioli instead of being soft was hard and crispy. The mains followed the same pattern. We won't have dinner here again. Now, this is the thing. We have always enjoyed the breakfast at all the Premier Inns we've visited so we came here for it... fantastic breakfast!!! It was lovely with good selections. I highly recommend going here for that. You'll love it. I noticed also how clean the serving area was kept by a young blonde haired foreign lady. She was amazing, she was everywhere doing everything and I mean everything. She impressed me so much I thought she was worth a mention. Premier should be extremely grateful for the work she does for them.

  Stayed a night in midweek, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant, location was good to find and although quite busy the service we received was very good, breakfast was good value and wide range of choice, staff were friendly and made sure all of the party had everything they wanted
