  I had a really great experience at this hotel. TAI was extremely lovely, friendly and welcoming at reception. He was very polite, helpful and made me feel comfortable straight away. He had a great attitude and was genuinely happy to help with anything I needed. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team.

  Not the platform I wanted to leave some feedback on but I had no choice as Customer Services is not accepting any further posts and their telephone number is not valid. Stayed 4 nights and noticed there was a particular miserable receptionist on duty in the evening who would not look up to acknowledge paying guests walking past his work station. I believe his name was Bill. Not the best scenario to foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, from a security standpoint he was not aware who was entering the building. On the last night I challenged him regarding this issue and got nowhere. It was also mentioned to the Duty Manager next morning. Hope this employee receives some remedial training on both counts. Not impressed.

  We stayed here with family for 2 nights recently and had the best time. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly. Being so close to the M6 and Preston made the location perfect, and the rooms were great value for money. Bill on reception at check-in was lovely, great to chat to and very knowledgable. Saara and Tai on breakfast were great - the breakfast was incredibly busy but they dealt with everything really professionally and with a smile. Hotel Manager Sam was also brilliant, really friendly and lovely to chat to. We would definitely stay here again.

  This is the second time we have stayed here. We came up from London for a wedding. All the staff are so welcoming. Alice is the chef that does an amazing breakfast, to how you like it. Tayeb was ever attentive, making sure all the quests at breakfast was ok. My husband needed a pliers to sort out his phone holder in the car, the gentleman on reception, when we arrive found him 2 that he could use. The rooms are clean and the beds so comfortable. Our godson lives in Preston, so will only ever stay here when we come up. This branch should be a flagship for Premier Inn. All the staff make your stay so enjoyable.

  Great premier inn, quick, efficient service on check in and friendly and welcoming. Hotels looks modern and nice clean rooms with all you could need. Great place to stop off on our journey back home.
