  Rooms are good as you would expect. Prem plus is a massive bonus for me. Location excellent for m6 access and handy enough for a bus into town

  We always enjoyed our stay in Premier Inn. This time, we stayed in Premier Inn Preston East and we booked the Premier Inn Plus room. It didn't disappoint. The room was really spacious. Our little boy was able to run and play around the room. The bed, as always, was very comfortable that we just wanted to stay in bed the whole time. The linens were clean and soft. The entire room and en suite was clean and tidy. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, most especially Paulina, who was very helpful. She made sure we were provided with our needs when we asked for it.

  One of the best premier inn hotels that I’ve stayed at the staff are very helpful good location just of M6 and the food is good Just one thing is that I’m gluten free and the gf menu is not that clear and the bar code dose not work

  I stayed at the Preston East Premier Inn on 19th June as a stopover on my way to Edinburgh, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, Ismail at the front desk made our stay feel special. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference. When we went for dinner, we were greeted by Payal, who was equally fantastic. She was polite, attentive, and very accommodating. The meal was excellent and arrived quickly. It was also great to see Ismail helping out in the restaurant — it showed a real sense of teamwork and dedication. The next morning, Payal greeted us again and continued to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. A huge thank you to both Ismail and Payal for making our stay so enjoyable. Their kindness and excellent customer service truly made our visit memorable. 👌

  We stopped here as half way between our home and destination. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the Manager Tunde who was extremely friendly and welcoming just what you want after a day driving. He allocated us a premier plus room which was extremely comfortable, it felt newly decorated as room was very nice indeed and the bed as always perfect we slept incredibly well! Couldn't fault it. We ate in the restaurant and received amazing service from Payal. She is a lovely warm helpful polite member of staff nothing was too much trouble - and the other staff also were very friendly and efficient too. Tunde came to the table to ask if happy with everything very good customer service. This morning greeted by the delightful Payal still smiling! After a good breakfast we set off - Premier Inn Preston East your staff are all a credit to you. Thank you.
