  If it wasn't for the location, I certainly wouldn't have stayed here. Always understaffed, and stock standard menus that gets boring very very quickly. Room maintenance is sub standard and stuff aren't getting fixed. Starting there weekly just because of company policy on corporate rates.

  The room was good and the staff were outstanding. The location very close to the shopping area really enjoyed my stay

  Good customer service from all staff members all of them very helpful polite and helped with any enquiries that I had mat was was very help kind and good hospitality from start to finish and was nice and chattey lovely manger rimma was helpful regarding the air conditioning cos the air flow was not the best for my personal experience and mat gave a good will gesture breakfast on the house and soft drink and Andrea the hotel cleaner team member was bubbley smiley and chattey i recommend this hotel for good customer service from all staff and location provide lovely shower gels and had wash bed was comfortable to sleep on nice fluffy white towels

  You know what your getting as they say. Hardest bit was finding the front door from the car park. Good room and breakfast the next morning
