  The room and restaurant at the Trafford centre is amazing, had a lovely meal and well looked after by my server Julia and the kitchen team of Leon, Mason and Daniel made a fantastic fish and chips, Did enjoy the entertainment of hearing the kitchen team singing every time the door opened, 100% would dine here again

  we had a nice stay for 1 night. we were woken up at 10am by someone banging on the door and shouting. it stopped after a few seconds so we went back to sleep. we then got up 30 mins later and got ready to leave. my boyfriend was in the shower and someone banged on the door again and tried the handle multiple times while shouting- this was before 11am when check out is 12. we then decided to leave earlier thinking we had gotten the wrong time but the cleaners were stood directly outside our door as if waiting for us to leave and was snotty when we walked past. we checked online and the sign in the hotel and it said 12pm check out. not happy at all.

  Location and service is good. But rooms are getting tired way too fast for a fairly recently renovated place. Water pressure was low in my room. Extra pillows did not have a seal on it as the zipper was broken. The most important thing is the room temp. Despite having an AC, you can't pick your own temperature. 24 degrees in a summer night is unacceptable. Even after speaking to reception, changing to 19 wasn't cool enough. Every room should be allowed to pick their own temp or also include a fan in the rooms for the price they charge for last moment bookings.

  Stayed there last year and booked multiple rooms. They were brilliant and had ice cold ac. Parking is a small fee but car park is directly in front and relatively safe. We had 3 cars and no issue at all.
