  Positives: Great location close to the amazing Trafford centre and trams Comfortable beds Good choice at breakfast Only £3 a night for parking Negatives: Check in wouldnt work and nobody at desk on arrival That is not air con in rooms! Not even a breeze! Thank goddness we brought a fan with us. Not the cleanest of hotels (mess of floors all the time we were there) saw a waitress drop a cloth on the floor and then picked it up to wipe tables! Overall, poor levels of hygiene. Main negative: Staff are tired and miserable beyond belief! No smiles, no welcome. Just unhappy in their jobs and really shouldnt work in hospitality. It is the unfriendliest PI we have ever stayed in.

  Stayed here last weekend. Lovely clean rooms and communal areas. Staff were excellent and friendly throughout especially Kane and Michael who ensured our check in and subsequent drinks at the bar were top notch.

  Convenient hotel for Trafford Centre and West Manchester close to Motorway. You can walk on foot to Trafford centre from here using pedestrian crossings. Close to ski centre, and a sewage works so you can get a whiff of that if the wind blows certain ways. Rooms decent size and clean and have hairdryer and you can open the window. Triple glazing so nice and quiet. Staff good. Breakfast classic British hotel breakfast of fry up and yog and fruit a bit unhealthy- would be nice to have more proper healthy options which are filling. Less processed food. Only a few lifts and could do with better signage for both these and stairs- you have quite a long walk down coridoors so be aware if mobility impaired or wrangling heavy bags. Wifi available and tvs in room.

  Beautifully decorated downstairs in the bar/ waiting area. The staff member on check ins on saturday was brilliant getting everyone over to the electronic desks and checked in quick. Rooms are always lovely and clean we got an upgraded room with coffee pods in which was lovely. Shower was great nice and powerful and refreshing. Great location for Trafford Centre and also Barton Aerodrome which we were going to that night for a concert. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Great hotel great location great overnight stay the staff are all very friendly and welcoming but I have to give a special mention to Celio in the restaurant he is one of the nicest guys we have met he went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely dinning experience very attentive and making a special effort to include our disabled son in the conversation Well done Trafford Centre West 👍
