  Rubbish facilities, i have had the holiday from hell! I was not able to enjoy a lengthy shower. The breakfast served contained bacon not to my liking! I wanted a lovely trafford city trip and have left disappointed

  This premier inn is the worst I have ever been too and I've stayed in over a dozen in the U.K and always loved them. I won't say I stayed here as it was so bad I chose to lose the money of the booking and pay to stay at another hotel. The decor is dark and depressing. The rooms tiny and grotty. A room for two with one bath towel and one hand towel is ridiculous. The staff on reception need retrained in customer service. I stayed the night before at a different hotel in Manchester and they offered me a room 6 hours before my check in time when I arrived early. This place told me I couldn't book in until exactly 11 when I arrived ten minutes early for my extra paid early check in. Beyond ridiculous. Then took the girl 15 minutes to check me in. And after all that it wasn't even worth it when I saw the dismal room. As for convenience and walking distance to the trafford centre, hell no. By the time you've walked round all the roads and stopped at every set of lights to wait to cross to the next set of life you're talking half an hour. Certainly wouldn't want to walk back carrying a load of shopping after a day walking round the trafford centre. Don't waste your time or money. For the same price I was able to transfer to a hilton hotel a short 10 minute taxi ride away. The difference was literally night and day. Customer service is everything, get some!!!

  The restaurant next door was really nice and Amy did a super job serving us. We stay breakfast as well which was nice. Great location for Trafford centre. The only down side the bathroom was a bit smelly.
