  Nice room with good views. Comfy bed and good shower/bath. Location ideal for Old Trafford, Salford area and Imperial War Museum. Took a few presses of the buzzer to get someone to come out to reception the couple of times I needed them but bar that great stay.

  Wonderful hotel with best view in the world (Old Trafford). Service was amazing, especially Tayla, who tentative and accommodating through mine, my family and friends stay. Great and caring person giving a feel of family business.

  Stayed here with work from 23/6 - 26/6 with work and just want to say the staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. I particularly want to thank the evening team working on the 25th ( I feel bad for not getting there names) they was very helpful with sorting me out with my evening meal and a drink after a very long week working in this horrible heat. I may be back working here this way for a while for a while and would happily stop here again

  The reception staff were very helpful with my check-in. However, when I got to my room, there was a floater in the toilet, which made me think the room had been cleaned but the toilet was overlooked. On the plus side, the room has A/C, which is a great bonus during the hot summer. Breakfast is good, and the staff are very helpful.

  Stayed for one night while attending a conference nearby. Got the room for a great price compared to others in the same location. Positives are a good and clean room. A nice breakfast spread, and a nice gesture to get a discount on the parking fee. A few minor hiccups: 1. Check-in: Tried to check in through the kiosk at 7 PM for a 3 PM check-in time, for some reason it kept giving me a message that my room isn't ready yet. Evene up having to wait half an hour to get checked-in manually. Not ideal – I'd really appreciate kiosks that actually work instead of just being there to cut down on staff. 2. The room had a weird odour, probably coming from the bathroom/toilet. It would be great to have some room freshener around. 3. It was quite a warm day and for some reason the air conditioner/thermostat kept turning off despite me turning it back on, not sure why. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and I would recommend it.
