  Great receptionist in Solange. Nice quiet room at the rear of the hotel. Everything you need for a place to stay at a reasonable price.

  Looking very tired. Lots of silly little things wrong with them room that could be fixed in an afternoon but are left. Leaving you with the feeling of a less than good experience. See photos. Clipped shower base, split chairs, plaster missing from wall fittings celling tiles damaged. If you keep on top of the little stuff you don't have to work so hard. Shame, stayed here a few times but each time it gets a little worse.

  Good place if attending a conference at Manchester Central, lovely staff in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. Basic room but clean.

  Had a pleasant evening at this location. Check in process was smooth and the bed was very comfy as usual. The facilities were clean and worked without fault. Only downside for me was the temperature of the room as it was quite stuffy but overall a cozy night. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and there was plenty of variety. Didn't interact really with many members of staff but the young fella behind the bar was a lovely chap and he filled me with a lot of confidence that my stay would go according to plan.

  Having been using Premier Inns religiously for years staying at various hotels across the country 6/8 times a year this one is not the best. One of the smallest rooms and bathroom's i have ever had especially for a family of four. Cleanliness and over all room standard fell well short of their usually really good standards. The hotel overall seamed extremely short staffed in every department. The connected Table Table restaurant was nothing short of laughable. Went to breakfast at 10:00 on the Saturday morning when it closes at 11:00, one adult one child to be told by the Manager that she was on herself and probably wouldn't be able to clean a table. Also went for an early meal on the Friday at 17:00 to be greeted by an entirely empty restaurant with used glasses all over the place and 3 members of staff just talking at the bar. If ever in the area again will unfortunately be staying elsewhere.
