  Went during the recent heatwave. Be aware the rooms do not have air-conditioning, and the window in our ground floor room was sealed and could not be opened, it was like trying to sleep in an oven even with the fan that was provided on full at the bottom of the bed. We have stayed here on quite a few occasions and never experienced those conditions before and we won't again because any bookings I now make during the summer will only be at hotels with aircon in the rooms. Other than that the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. You have to pay for parking at this hotel, I remember when it was free here. This is getting quite common at hotels these days, I can understand when it's near an airport and they need to control people loitering until they can pick up their passengers but this is Queens Drive and just seems like a way to fleece you out of a few more pounds especially when competing hotels in a similar price bracket don't charge.

  On arrival I was greeted by two lovely staff One of the staff that stud out..Paula who explained exactly about parking fee's, and costs.. when to pay..and how to find my room, the room was really nice and clean room and very quiet spot. I had a lovely time at the hotel, thanks to Paula and her team. located at the west derby premier inn Liverpool she and her staff really helpful...and I'm happy to stay here again in the near future, Thanks again so much Paula

  Staff friendly Room clean Bed comfortable Big put off, Bedding and towels smelt like pure grease! I don't know if they was previously stored beside the kitchen or near the extractors for the kitchen, I thought it was the bedding to start with but the towels where the same. Horrible fried bread smell Food was ok , I just had dinner. Wasn't great to be fair. Just ok Overall 3 out of 5
