  Room needs maintenance. Extractor not working in bathroom. Hairs around bath and sink. Mould around heating/ventilation panel. Window, damaged window cill. Window Glass gulls friendly. Staff amazing. Breakfast good, except for the bacon, tough. Will use again when in Liverpool.

  We stayed 1 night was lovely and clean, staff very nice, great location unfortunately we was expecting a buffet breakfast but was told they bring it out ready plated which isn’t stated on your website unfortunately it isn’t for us so won’t be having breakfast in future and

  absolutely disgusting! hotel was run down filthy when we checked in our bed wasn’t made up the tv was broken we told reception he was very rude think he was called mathew , very rude and abrupt like he couldn’t be bothered to deal with us and when hearing how him and his colleague libby was speaking to other guest me and my friend felt out of place as they was being disrespectful to us but nice to everyone else. we went for some food and drinks came back and they refused to let us in the hotel because apparently “we didn’t look right” and the night staff was told to “keep an eye out” for us , they made us pack our things up and put us out on the streets at 2 o clock in the morning , they also rang all the other premier inns to tell them not to check us in . we had nowhere to stay lost our money as they cancelled our booking for no reason so our trip to liverpool was cut short ! other guests was telling us about how bad the breakfast was too which put us off ! i will never stay here again avoid at all costs !

  I had a great stay at the premier inn- the meal deal to include breakfast is always worth doing and the service was absolutely fantastic - Paige stands out for being amazing ! Very helpful , kind and patient

  Great hotel in a good location, only draw back was early check-in. Paid for an early check-in but the guy on reception seemed to like saying room not ready. Only when my wife asked for a manager to complain to a room suddenly became available
