  Dismal, dark, musty and very noisy. Shocking for the price, just another truck stop grade excuse of a hotel. Would never recommend it. Been to many, but this is the worst.

  Unfortunately it was during a heatwave. I was in the top floor room above the what looked like the boiler room. There is no Aircon at the hotel so the temperature crept up to over 30⁰c in the room. I asked to move rooms but they were full that night. The next day they were able to move me to another room on the opposite side . This was a bit cooler but a day later this room was hitting 30⁰c also.

  Really nice hotel. Really helpful staff. Good size car park and location to Lancaster was great. The adjoining Brewers Fayre was brilliant and good value

  Do not stay! Rooms are so hot and stuffy. You can not get any fresh air. You can not sleep! The hotel has seen better days. Looks very run down inside and out! Car park is full of litter. Stay else where. I won’t be using premier inn again after no sleep.. and the grantee good night sleep does not exist here!

  The room I’m staying in does not appear to have been properly cleaned. I even found faeces on the toilet paper dispenser. On top of that, we’re currently experiencing a rare heatwave, yet the air conditioning in my room isn’t working. I was given a small portable fan instead, which is completely inadequate in this heat. I also received only one towel despite staying for three nights, which is unacceptable. I really wish I had been informed yesterday that the air conditioning was broken, as I would have cancelled my stay.
