  I come here when working in the area. Staff are always polite and appropriately chatty on arrival and check in doesn’t take long. Room numbers are nicely signposted so it’s easy to know where to go. The room themselves are quite large and smell freshly cleaned when you walk in. Beds are decent, tv good, decent amount of outlets and lighting (main lights/lamps). Bathroom is also a decent size with a bath/shower that’s easy to use. The restaurant staff are attentive and I have no complaints about the food. Parking isn’t free, but is subsidised where you pay on arrival. I unfortunately start work too early that I have only had breakfast on one occasion, but it was really nice and a whole array of things on offer. The building is quite old, so you can hear people walking up and down the corridors and people come and go throughout the day/night. Location isn’t bad, but you’ll probably want a vehicle if you want to explore usual tourist spots, though that isn’t essential. There is a local pub, Tesco and some takeaways a short walk away. I would and probably will come back again.

  The room was tired ,with not a nice smell from the toilet ,the light switch to the toilet was temperamental and even though there was two fans the room was hot ,stayed for 3 nights ,breakfast first two days was OK, but third day even though it wasn't busy we waited for them to fill the cooked breakfast for 10 minutes, when I went 3rd time to see if the breakfast was ready the bacon was hard and as I waited for mushrooms znd black pudding ,then I was told they haven't got any mushrooms and black pudding will follow ,which meant we had to ho back AGAIN which we didn't bother the 4th time ,it was a bank holiday weekend as well .definitely not worth the money ,the waitres was very polite but the man was very abrupt when he told they haven't got mushrooms, don't think we will stay again

  This hotel is in a great location, almost halfway between Blackpool and Fleetwood, and away from the crowds. There are bus stops next to the hotel which that go into Blackpool or Fleetwood. The tram is about a 15 minute walk. Blackpool and Fleetwood are both around 15 minutes drive. The hotel is fairly modern and clean. There is plenty of parking, which costs around £3 a day. There is a Beefeater attached to the hotel which is open for breakfast and dinner. I assume it's also open for lunch, but I did not have lunch there. The food is good, and you can add a meal deal to your hotel room to offset the cost. The bar has a good selection of beers, wines and spirits.

  The hotel is nice but has a huge problem with heat, the place was like an oven constantly throughout our stay, obviously management are aware as every room has a fan but the biggest issue is that the restrictions on the windows are fitted to a ridiculously small opening, probably less than an inch at full opening. Yes I understand the requirements for them especially on the upper floors but the windows could still be restricted at an opening of four or five inches. The major plus point for this hotel is that the staff are fantastic and go out of there way to accommodate you.

  Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is of good quality and fresh with very helpful and friendly staff. The only one negative was the television, very limited channels. Had channel 1 to 7 and then children’s channels. I’ve marked it down a star due to this as someone that is staying there for business, I expect a better range of channels to occupy my evening as I have got in every other premier inn stay, even the pleasure beach hotel has a better range so I’m not sure why this hotel does not offer more.
