  Great hotel,nice pleasant polite and professional staff,clean comfy room.stayed here on a number of occasions and will definitely stay again. Great bar restaurant next door.Perfect.keep up the good work guys,thank you.

  I’m giving the room 1 star. We had room 1 which is 1 of only 5 which missed being refurbished when others were 5 years ago. It has a miniscule TV mounted high on a shelf. Old tired bathroom and old fashioned actual key to access the room. The bed is very comfortable but lacks the modern headboard and surround of other Premier Inn’s stayed in over the last 15 years or so. The staff here are exceptional. So helpful and friendly. I’d stay again but absolutely not in room 1

  Stayed for 4 nights it was close to perfect but the room let it down terribly it was in major need of a refurb some more sockets and a fridge would have been ideal thankfully the air balloon next door gave us a jug of ice each night for drinks but take nothing away from the staff they were super friendly and helpful this place is a refurb away from being perfect as the staff are already there ideal bus stop just outside to get the number 11 to the central pier

  Arrived in the evening after spending a long day travelling, being at the local theme park and beach. A family room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. On arrival we were told the key system was down and that the reception staff had to use their master key card to gain access to our room. On arrival to the room, we all needed a shower. The shower turned on but was cold. Temperature dial was turned, but made with very little difference. Then suddenly became dangerously hot and the shower would then not turn off. We reported this issue to reception straight away. The reception staff came to our room and then went off to ring someone for advice. We managed to turn the shower off in the end but due to the cold or steaming hot water and the worry of the shower not being able to turn off again it meant none of us were able to have a bath or a shower after a long day. No other rooms were available that night to move us to due to all the other rooms being occupied by other guests. The room was dusty. Mould under the window sill which was right next to one of the single beds where the children slept. The floor boards were loud above us which disturbed all our sleep. We were given a different room on our second night which was cleaner and had a working shower. There was a hole on the bed sheet on the main king size bed. We understood on booking that there was no air conditioning in the rooms but both of rhe rooms were unbearably hot. A fan was provided in every room but this did very little due to the temperature of the room which the thermometer showed a 27.5 degrees! On a positive note the staff really did do their best considering the circumstances particularly the lovely lady on the first night who had to deal with the broken facilities. The beds were also very comfortable. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach and the infamous Blackpool Pleasure beach. Approximately 10 minute drive from Blackpool tower. Pub next door to hotel for breakfast / meals. Supermarket a very short walk up the road.

  Great location. Can't say anything else positive. Unbelievably hot building, only given one fan. Despite night temp being only 12° impossible to sleep. Bathroom fittings fell off wall Charging socket by bed broken Damp unpleasant smell in the room. Not your usual high standards On a plus side, breakfast was nice in the pub next door!! The staff are helpful, we left something at the hotel and they sent it back to us, the bathroom rail fixed next day so huge thanks for that. UPDATE We still haven't received the item. I have been told I'm making up the fact the rail fell off, despite 3 members of staff being aware.
