  Rooms were clean and tidy and spacious enough for the four of us staying. All staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Room service is provided on request at reception. Iron and board provided on request. Air conditioning was not working very well in the room, especially when the shower is in use and it gets steamy. Check in and check out is very easy. I would recommend online check in to speed up the process. Central position of hotel gives easy access to the main mall and large market of Blackburn and many eateries.

  very bad hotel especially for a family with kids we had to park opposite the road n walked with bags and a 2 years old kid rooms very small definitely won’t recommend it!

  Brilliant for station and Cathedral, both 3 minutes away.

  We stayed just one night in order to attend services at the Cathedral which is almost next door so it was very convenient. Unfortunately, I managed to leave an item with extreme sentimental value behind. I rang and was able to confirm it was there and what to do to get it returned. The member of staff I spoke to several times, Declan, was very helpful.
