No air con, no fan, no smart TV.
Breakfast had no mugs for coffee and no orange juice till asked-aren't they meant to keep an eye?
There was no discount for the sweatiest night's sleep ever-just told there should have been a fan, they have 150, oh and a 'sorry you didn't enjoy your stay!feedback card' 🤣!
They do have decent veggie bacon though.
All in all, if I have to stay in Hull again it won't be there!

Room number: 1120👎 I stayed in this room from May 26th to May 27th.

The air conditioning doesn't work in any of the rooms! No one is talking about it! I found out when I asked to change rooms! The girl at the reception replied, "Call for complain!
I called, 🤔 but they said, "We can only accept your complaint after you leave the hotel!" 😱
The most important thing is that the room has a fan! 🤨🤨 Which blows hot air around the room!
The room as a whole is literally tired! The hallways smell like someone died there! The hotel entrance is downright scary!
Reception is on the 7th floor! And the elevator only works with a card! Where does it say you can get to the 7th floor without a card?
I've been to many Premier Inn hotels! Everything was fine!

Our arrival date was 25 June. This is our first time to stay Premier Inn hotel.
As for the cleaning services, we noticed that there is a sign note which on one side stating “Do not Disturb” and the other stating “I’ve been contacting reception to clean the room”. We have hanged the side of “I have contacted reception to clean service” before we went out. After we returned to the room on 26/6 afternoon. We found that no cleaning was made. We then went to reception and asked the reason for not cleaning. A duty manager replied that because we did not tell reception staff to arrange to clean the room, thus no cleaning room at all. We then asked the reason why we need to inform reception when we hanged a notice of cleaning service. The duty manager replied that it is because of privacy issue - the hotel needs customer to give authorization. We replied that it was not logical as we have hanged a notice , it means we wish to have a cleaning service, though the notice states “I ve contacted reception to clean room”. I told the duty manger that why there was no prior reminder to customer when checking in that customer has to “inform reception to arrange cleaning service, though there is a notice which can be hanged at the door. The duty manger rudely replied it is a hotel policy. There is also a notice written on the wall. Sorry, I would say that there are many notices on the wall, making it dazzling and confusing. The duty manager cannot assume every customer have stay experience before in your hotel. When we tried to talk to duty manger whether it was making sense if there is a hang out notice but still need to inform reception staff to arrange for the cleaning service. she just walked away and simultaneously speaking up loudly in rude manner telling us we can make complaint to your hotel if we wished. She then walked to the restaurant direction. We then asked another staff to ask if she was a manager, the staff (a black female staff) told us she was manager. First, the rude manner is totally unacceptable. Second, we were not reminded to be aware of this cleaning arrangement. Third. It is nonsense if we have hanged out the cleaning notice and still need to inform reception staff for the arrangement. The reason of requiring authorization is ridiculous.
We had no other alternative but to go back the hotel. When we waited the lift, a man (white guy) who at that time did his checking in, asked us what happened and we told him the cleaning service arrangement and rude manner of the duty manager. He told us he heard that the whole conversation between us and the duty manager and shakes his head. He told us he also did not acknowledge this cleaning arrangement until we told him.
I will never stay premier inn again.
Really disappointed with my stay and honestly feel I should be refunded
The air-conditioning did not work and the room was over 30 degrees. The staff finally provided us with a fan after 10pm from the kitchen, but it only worked with the front taken off. Not ideal with a young child.
The staff also made up some excuse about a storm taking out the air-conditioning but other guests I spoke to had aircon
Also the lamps did not work in the room
And no hot water from the bathroom sink not shower/bath.
The staff were unhelpful and quite honestly rude and dismissive

Fantastic location and even better staff who were simply Fantastic especially Grant who is just wonderful and the rooms are lovely spacious and clean
However the food is disgraceful ( nothing against the Chef )
For approx £17.50 you can order a tasteless frozen Spicy chicken burger and frozen chips
( Go to Iceland you will get the same meal for judtv50p )
The breakfast is the worst I have ever ever tasted
The bacon in particular is like cardboard and tastes horrible and the sausages are disgusting !!
It's Coporate greed selling rank cheap indelible food and the Senior Management Executives of Premier Inn should be absolutely disgraced of themselves!!
How do you sleep at night charging people £10.99 for indelible rank disgusting disgraceful food ???
