  One of the best premier inns we've stayed at, though you need sat nav to find it if your not local! Staff very helpful when we arrived and the room was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great quality and hardly any waiting. Handy little bar for a night cap and overall very well run.

  A very nice and affordable hotel which has standards above those of many more expensive hotels. The staff at reception were always helpful and welcoming and overall the impression we had was of a well run hotel which is striving for the best guest experiences.

  Spent a week here while working away , breakfast was very good and staff really helpful especially one lady named Wendy always very welcoming and cheerful she was an absolute diamond 💎

  First time staying at the West Malling hotel. The room was as expected, clean and ready to go! The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and there were flood lights on 24 hours a day, right outside my window . Not very much fun even with the blackout curtains. The WiFi is almost nonexistent, added to the fact there is no network signal. Isn't particularly helpful in this day and age. I stayed for two nights and requested breakfast for both mornings. Neither morning, when I went to the restaurant, were they expecting me. Even though I had booked it through reception. The second morning I explained this to the host, Wendy, and she was very gracious and understanding, and apologised for the inconvenience, and gave me a complimentary meal. Very generous, especially when it wasn't her error. Overall, a good hotel, with helpful staff.

  Second time staying here. Always lovely staff happy to help, Wendy was polite and kind in the morning, breakfast was perfect. Would always stay here
