  Lovely room, although it had a few minor issues, as the door handle was unscrewed and there was a bolt on the floor. However, the view was lovely and the staff were very nice. We were assisted by Ali, who was very kind and gentle. Thank you.

  This was our first visit since the revamp. We booked early check in, arrived at 11am but was told early check in is from 11:00/15:00 if your room is ready. Just be aware you might not get your room until 14:00. The reception staff checked out what room was ready and we was in by 11;15. We booked the upgraded room and was very pleased. The restaurant is a lot smaller than before but very nice. The pre booked breakfast was really good. I ordered poached eggs and they was cooked perfect. The staff are a big improvement than the last time we was there. All the staff we interacted with were very good. Ali at breakfast was very happy in his job and it seemed he really did like the guests. Well done to all the team.

  Incredible location, all staff are so helpful, thanks to Ali and team for their help with bringing special menu items to work with our allergies. The rooms have all you need, the aircon in our room was a godsend during the heatwave.

  Premier Inn Margate, in terms of location, can’t be beat. Next to the train station and with reasonably priced parking ✅ Spotlessly clean and modern Premier Plus room (well worth the extra cost). Comfy, well designed and with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. The only thing I don’t like is the arbitrary check in rules, even if you’re only 20 mins early. Already planning a repeat visit.

  Our stay at the Premier Inn Margate was fantastic, boasting an incredibly clean room and the trademark comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night's sleep. Plus, the location is unbeatable, situated just a short, easy walking distance from the Margate station. A special shoutout to Ali, who looked after us so well during breakfast! He was wonderfully helpful and prompt with his service, ensuring we started our morning with a smile and everything we needed.
