  Nice enough but a bit old. We were there in a recent heatwave. There is no air-conditioning, but there was a fan in the room. By 3am the thermometer on the wall, (for the heater!) showed 35C! SOOOOOO uncomfortable that we left and drove home - which was a huge disappointment. However, without the heat it would probably have been OK?

  Lauren is fantastic, and this Premier Inn is absolutely fine for a layover or a quick stay (pre upgrade). Go for its.

  We stay at Castle Lake frequently and the cleanliness of the rooms is consistently good, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is freshly cooked to order. A shoutout to Lauren who remembers us and is an asset to the restaurant team.

  Very good stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was exactly what I expected. The location was convenient and everything was well organised. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the hotel offered good value for money. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

  Perfect location after travelling through the tunnel on our way home. Stacey and Chelsie were excellent hosts in the restaurant and we had a very relaxing evening 😊
