  Decent stay,very comfy bed ,I never sleep well but at least I was very comfortable, self check in was stressful as it just didn't work to process the room key but swiftly sorted by a human.

  Rooms were very tired, window didn't close properly had to Jam a coffee wrapper in the keep it closed.

  We came to the hotel restaurant this morning for the breakfast buffet, and are always very impressed by the food and service The staff are always incredibly welcoming, friendly and hardworking We were greeted by and spoke to the lovely Anya, Sam and Nathan, who all made us feel very welcome (They stayed professional and worked very hard throughout despite some very rude and impatient customers that were there during our visit) 5 stars all round for the food and especially the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We popped in to premier inn Rochester for breakfast Sunday morning 18th October. As usual the food was top notch. Front of house, Nathan booked us in and showed us to our table. A very polite, friendly and welcoming man. Perfect for the role. It was very busy so we had to wait for some of the food to be replenished which was fine as you can revisit the buffet bar as many times as you liked. Anya, a very busy member of staff was doing her best to deal with complaints from impatient diner's as well as completing her tasks and we thought she coped very well considering how rude this particular diner was. Sam, deputy manager, was very supportive of her team and mucked in to keep the breakfast period going smoothly. So big thanks to all members of staff front of house and behind the scenes for making our breakfast a pleasant experience.

  First time here, very friendly and helpful staff in great area close proximity to amenities. Can get a taxi or bus which I got from Strood Station which stops directly outside, so handy. I booked Premier Plus room it was superb with extra facilities!! Refrigerator with complimentary bottled water and treats, large enough to also hold a bottle of wine,coffee pod machine , fan, hairdryer, separate tall lamp, table, wifi super comfy king bed, air con, iron/board. Great raindrop shower with fab toiletries and loved can have addition of the premier inn lighting! Lovely views of the river from upper floors.Usual buffet breakfast ,ran out of items at times so you had to wait. If you want a poached egg you have to ask and they will make for you. Usual bar prices with a tv area but so friendly had a few laughs with the staff. Just a few mins walk you have the Retail park with cinema, bowling, arcade machines and many other shops.There's a McDonalds opposite and just down the road a pub with pool table, which I heard is really nice and will visit when I stay here again. If you go on google maps it will show as theres some other places there. So all in all a great area to stay, right by the riverside and spoilt for choice. Definately recommend!!
