If you stay at this premier inn don’t let them put you in a back side of the hotel it sounded like trains passing by through the night so it was a horrible sleep

It’s just a regular premier inn. But it has been refurbished and as I upgraded my room was pretty large with all the mod cons. The bath could be bigger and there is only a restaurant next door with limited open hours. No other places to sit and wait if you’re early. There is a McDonald’s next door too and an ASDA petrol station and mini store. Had to get a cab from Sittingbourne station as too far and awkward to walk.

Arrived to great service room was great. Staying over for work. Got to give credit to Danielle the duty manager I hope she gets the credit she deserves works her socks off. They need more staff helping it’s not fair on them. Whitbread and premier inn need to sort it out.
