  When we arrived on the Friday evening there was trouble with the booking. When we arrived in our room there was flys, moths and spiders! The breakfast was good. It had a good selection of breakfast cereals and cooked breakfast.

  For the price (£275 for 2 nights) this was very poor value for money. No air-con, TV not working, shower over a bath (who has baths these days?), and not even breakfast included at that price. We regularly stay at Hampton by Hilton hotels for half this price and they have a better room, better shower, working TV, air-con and breakfast included. Up your game, Premier Inn, or you won't be getting my business again.

  I have stayed in a few premier inns across the country for my work and I have to say the Sittingbourne branch is so far my best experience. From the moment I walked in to my departure I could not find one fault. The receptionist Chris was so lovely and smiley she was so professional and seemed to have a lot of knowledge of the area which was really helpful. She seemed like she enjoyed her job and reflected in her manner. Well done. I would definitely be staying here again and recommend this hotel.

  Been to one been to them all. Shocking mobile phone signal at this one so you will need Premium WIFI
