  It was one of the best short stay Premier Inns I have experienced. It was so good, I booked another night. The actually kept me in the same room, which was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. I highly rate this Premier Inn.

  Location is great, 5 minutes walking to pubs and restaurants. Parking is in a public parking at 11 pounds for 24 hours only 3 minutes away. Bedroom is large and bed is comfy. Breakfast is delicious with fruits and cooked breakfast as well. We had dinner here which was very good. I do recommend.

  I had a really lovely stay here. From the moment I walked in there was a lovely lady at reception who helped with my check-in. The room was huge, with a really comfortable bed AND pillows (you just never know in hotels, so this was a definite bonus ☺️). The location is great and I would happily stay here again. Thank you.

  Horrible experience from start to finish. Check in for the two night stay was a nightmare, as part of a group but having not been given the booking code the first member of staff made less than no attempt to be helpful despite me being able to supply all personal details of the person who'd made the booking. When a second member of staff attempted to help me after twenty minutes we got checked in and was told had to supply a time for breakfast (never heard of this before). Anyway I said 9am. The room was dark, hot, no window to open and non functioning AC so slept awfully because it was hot. There was no housekeeping done so came back to a room not made up after first day. The piece de la resistance came the second morning when I came down for breakfast, was asked if I'd booked, said yes 9am, was told I had only booked the first morning. If I needed to supply separate times for each day might they not have told me that on check in? So I was informed I'd have to wait another 40 mins or so for a free table. Absolutely unacceptable.

  The room suffered from a heavy, damp, and stagnant odour that immediately hit me upon entering. Beneath the fresh outer covers, the actual pillows, quilt,mattress and mattress protector were severely soiled and stained. This appeared to be a deliberate attempt to mask old, soiled bedding with fresh top sheets. I was moved to a further two rooms which had the same disgusting beds. Additionally, the food served at this location was inedible and completely unfit for consumption. Shockingly, upon mentioning these severe hygiene concerns to the Premier Inn staff, I was totally ignored. The team completely invalidated my complaints, made me feel as though my concerns were entirely worthless, and displayed a total lack of care regarding the state of their rooms. I reported this to Environmental Health and Trading Standards.
