Nice clean comfortable quiet rooms with very nice comfortable beds as usual with premier inn. Also the rooms are very good work spaces. The customer service here is excellent, Ed and Emily specifically were both very helpful and friendly making my stay very enjoyable!

Clean, efficient basically a premier inn. I did like the location better than most otherwise I would score it a 3. I was here for work like most the other people seemed to be.

Stayed here, provided my car registration on check-in, then received 5 parking fines for £95 each so nearly £500 in total and Premier Inn claim that they cannot do anything as it's with their 3rd party parking provider, and I have to go through the process of appealing with them before Premier Inn will do any more. Unacceptable given that it's the car park tied with the hotel and I provided my reg on check-in

When your customers ask you to book taxi tell them you call yourself otherwise when they not turn up your number will get on black list and never get service again
