  A great central located hotel. We found the staff very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. If you are parking there, do not use the app on arrival as there is a machine in the lobby which gives discounted parking rates.

  Room was fine. However I clearly stated I was a blue badge holder and had parked in their car park. I was lead to believe that my details were taken and that I had free parking. Fast forward a few weeks I get a parking penalty notice from Horizon! Apparently I should have paid £9 for parking, staff at the hotel did not advise or tell me this despite knowing I was parked in their car park and offered me no way or method to pay at the time!

  Very much enjoyed my stay staff are amazing big shout out to Danielle and domi there were so accommodating and made our experience one to remember will deffo be staying again

  This hotel is very well located to access the town centre. It's a fairly new hotel, or it's not long been renovated. The rooms are lovely and the AC is great on a hot summer's day/night. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Only 2 downsides is the expensive charge for parking, as I feel it should've been free since I was a guest and I was not able to check in 30mins early unless I paid an extra £15. The room was clearly ready and for the sake of 30mins, it did seem a bit silly.
