  we stayed here 27/8/26 after our drive back from Disneyland Paris, the Hotel staff were very nice and welcoming and the room was very tidy. Unfortunately the restaurant staff at breakfast were terrible, there was clearly not enough staff on and the service was appalling, many of the continental stations were left empty, awaiting refills and there was only 2 staff on the floor, al older gentleman and a young lady, the gentleman clearly didn't want to give the lady any responsibilities other than clearing tables as whenever you asked her a question, she would just walk over the gentleman and then proceed back to clearing tables. From being seated, to having our breakfast order taken, was over 30mins which I have never experienced before at a premier inn breakfast location. The staff seemed to prioritise non hotel guests as well. When our food finally arrived, our bacon and eggs were missing and we had to asked 3x times for these and when they did arrive, we had finished the rest of our breakfasts. Overall this was a very bad experience and for someone who works away a lot and stays in premier inn hotels regularly, I was very disappointed by this hotel/restaurant

  We have stayed in lots of Premier Inns and I have to say this is one of the cleanest by far. It's next to the beautiful River Medway which we walked along before breakfast and in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly. Large car park. The only down side is they are closing the Beefeater restaurant in September.
