  This place is excellent for the quality of the room and the service at breakfast. Be warned that the carpark is limited and you may need to park in the streets late at night. Negatively, customer services is almost uncontactable - a big let down for me. If you phone up this branch, I am told that if you press the hash key, it will break the loop of irrelevant options. The website/app had no form available on a phone. The whatspp chat was giving the wrong details.

  Staff were excellent Sophie, Jea & Jacob. Meal was good value very pleased with our stay.

  Staff make this hotel feel like a home from home, always say hello, always helpful. Stayed for a good month with work. Was nice to meet everyone and feel looked after. The food is expensive but alright (same as all the other premier inns), but always served with a smile. Location is a bit middle of nowhere but local bus routes and a short drive away from town. Parking is free, WiFi is free and the rooms are well looked after (the only downside to the rooms is lack of a tv that can connect to your phone so you can watch Netflix or something). Just ask for a clean and it will be done, which is always nice to come back to. Thank you guys, was lovely to meet and share lots of laughs with you. Hopefully see you all soon :)

  Apart from it being just off the road, not much positive to say. Critically short staffed. Was my first time in a Premier Inn and perhaps the last. Only chose it as the last resort. The beds were very high which isn't helpful if you're not 6feet and above. Lumpy pillows, stained sheets and even the bathroom had a tissue dispenser for he toilets, not even loo tools. No water provided (which I later found out was a policy) and when asked about how to make tea, I was told to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink? Surely no hygiene considerations!! Thankfully there's a Sainsbury's about 5 minutes drive away so I could get the basic "human needs" like loo rolls and water..

  New,modern, comfortable, clean, with good facilities i.e. food and free parking. Best value for money hotel chain by far.
