  Spent the night, room was clean, bed comfortable. No noise around. Only negative was you had to pay additional £15 to check in an hour earlier. Went with friends so we left our luggage and checked in much later that evening.

  Our stay was for 3 nights as visiting family nearby. We have stayed here several times & find the reception staff to be always friendly. We also had great service from Frazier in the restaurant (& reception). He was knowledgeable about the Premiere Inn, its meal packages & was very attentive throughout. We mustn’t forget Sonny working his socks off in the kitchen! Things did start to get busy & we felt he probably could have had a second pair of hands as one of our meals had sat for a while under the lamps but otherwise it was tasty & what we wanted. We had a P/Plus room. Clean & comfortable with aircon, kettle & coffee machine, fridge & ironing facilities. All in all a good stay & will return for our next family gatherIng!

  We came to Herne Bay with 9 family members to celebrate 2 birthdays. The staff were lovely. They went above and beyond to make the birthdays a really special occasion. The restaurant staff were just as helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay there again when visiting Herne Bay.

  Sophie was brilliant! People like Sophie can make your stay more pleasant. Absolutely asset for the hotel. Other services good too. Will see you guys soon again 😊

  This is a review of the staff and food because we haven't stayed in the hotel but we are local and have been to breakfast as walk-in customers on quite a few occasions. We have experienced the cooking skills of 3 of the chefs and all have provided us with excellent meals, especially myself (who prefers poached eggs). All the rest of the staff we have met seemed fairly young and are all very friendly and helpful. The Manager, Nikki, whom we met some time at ago at another branch before her transfer to Herne Bay, is always pleased and welcoming when she sees us. We are a family of 3 generations and will not hesitate to come again.
