  We used this hotel due to close proximity of Bluewater to save potential hideous traffic on a Saturday morning on the dreaded M25. So I've given it 4 stars but would probably give 3.5 stars. Plus points. I always book a plus room mainly because of air-conditioning and yep it had it thankfully. The room was typically plus which honestly is excellent. Clean, very comfortable and this hotel has no road noise. However there is a reason. Location. On a busy main road but apart from an obscured Premier Inn sign you will not see any part of the hotel. It sits behind the biggest eyesore you could imagine. A closed down, boarded up, fenced off and some scaffolding Beefeater. Yep no restaurant or do they? I asked about restaurant and was advised by receptionist to take a look first. Hmmmm nope, McDonald's it is. Now on way to the plus rooms 1st floor. Carpets tired and stairs (no lift) had many stains like spilled drinks on nearly every stairs. We felt on arrival quite uncomfortable I'm afraid as there was a few unsavoury characters sat outside only to see they were guests also. My feelings was they were placed there buy social services. I say again. Room perfect as expected by premier inn plus, very quiet, good sleep. However, next Bluewater trip I would unfortunately look elsewhere firstly premier inn otherwise another hotel. Flatten the old Beefeater first or do something with it. Staff was nice though. I feel they are challenged with this hotel, proximity and other influences.

  Fan in room didn't work properly. Eating area far too noisy. Food good but service poor.

  Had a lovely stay, room was comfortable and check in was easy. Had breakfast in the morning, there was a very good choice of food and beverages and all fresh. Staff in the dining area were very helpful and made you feel welcome. All in all a great stay

  We stopped here overnight during a trip and also booked the Meal Deal (dinner and breakfast). It was our first time here and we were initially surprised when turning onto the site (the remains of the old hotel building)… to our relief, the new hotel building is located just behind it. The room was clean and quiet, and you don’t hear anything from the busy road nearby. Both the dinner and the English breakfast were good, and the staff at reception as well as in the restaurant were friendly. We would choose this hotel again as a stopover on future trips. It is conveniently located close to the A2 (e.g. for Dartford Crossing or Folkestone/Dover).

  My husband and i stayed here when we went to see a show at the woodville theatre as it was only a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk if you like walking , our room was lovely and clean , the shower lovely and hot in the morning so no problems there for us but the all you can eat breakfast made by Charlotte was excellent , exactly the way i like my breakfast so no complaints there albeit the breakfast room is a little on the small side but the lady who welcomed us in was lovely too 😀 , only downside was as you drive in your met with a derelict building so at first glance we thought it had shut down but if you drive round there is plenty of parking and that's free , all in all a very pleasant stay .
