  Mediocre para el precio pagado** Lo que esperábamos de un Premier Inn, pero con demasiados detalles por debajo del estándar mínimo. **Limpieza:** El hotel estaba razonablemente limpio en general, pero con fallos evidentes: manchas de agua y oxidación en el baño, y suciedad acumulada detrás de la puerta que sugería una limpieza superficial durante bastante tiempo. El servicio de limpieza de habitación no se realiza automáticamente — hay que solicitarlo — y cuando lo hicimos, uno de los empleados respondió de forma claramente descortés. El resto del personal fue amable. **Desayuno — el problema principal:** Pagamos el desayuno completo para los 4 días de estancia a través de Expedia. Solo estuvo disponible 2 de esos 4 días. En su lugar, ofrecieron un desayuno "continental" (pan de molde, cereales y yogur) sin ninguna explicación ni disculpa por parte del establecimiento. Al reclamar a Expedia, nos comunicaron que el hotel había respondido a atención a huéspedes y que no podían hacer nada más al respecto. Inaceptable: si no puedes ofrecer el servicio contratado, lo mínimo es comunicarlo con antelación y ofrecer una compensación. **En resumen:** Un hotel funcional, pero mediocre considerando el precio pagado. Para estancias largas o si el desayuno forma parte de tu plan, buscaría otras opciones

  Typical premier inn rooms, lovely and tidy, got a great night's sleep. Was good weather when I was here, I sat in the beer garden at the front of the hotel, at the side of the main road. Only dropped a star because of the number of kids on motorbikes zooming past, looking over their shoulders, obviously up to something. The chef didn't turn up on my second day, so no cooked breakfast, which was great on the first day, so I was looking forward to it. Bar was great, staff really friendly. Would stay here again.

  I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Its very run down compared to other premier inn hotels. My room was not clean apon arival, I noticed cobb webs above the bed and mould in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was dirty too.

  Do not book this hotel, it’s completely run down, smelly, dirty and tired. The beefeater next door where breakfast is provided is in the same run down dirty condition and understaffed. I paid for breakfast and was told that a cooked breakfast was unavailable on one of the mornings and that I could drive to the next premier inn if I wanted one. We also see ecolabs (a pest control company) taking a bed bug incinerator out of a fire exit, which doesn’t inspire much confidence or comfort.

  Everything about this place is perfect! The rooms clean and well provided for. Great shower comfortable beds plenty space and great location. Quiet and smaller amount of rooms than many other premier inns but very well sort after. The staff are there as and when needed and couldnt ask for better service to be honest. The manager Byron not only happy chirpy patient and very helpful is there for your every needs. The staff Abbie Danielle Jay Mitchell Joan are very happy polite helpful people in every way possible and at times helped me with different things and completely looked after me. The room clean by Teresa was exceptional and top work applied. Very happy chatty lovey lady. All in all my go to and preferably my preference would be to stay at this hotel for many years to come all the while I still travel to and from Leeds for my family and friends. Thank you Premier inn for the perfect stay!
