  Good location but hotel outdated could do with refurb. Don't stay when heatwave as rooms horrendously hot, one fan didnt help at all. Breakfast disappointing, plates and cups stinking as if quick 2 second swill.

  Unfortunately I can only award a 1 star, we used here as a stopover for the La Shuttle during the heatwave and the room was unbearabley hot. There was just a small fan blowing the warm air around, making much needed sleep near impossible When it was mentioned in the morning the staff members were rude and abrubt. Plus side, the breakfast is nice in the pub attached and it has air-conditioning.

  Absolutely unbearable in the heat. One small fan and the windows don’t open adequately enough to let air in. Our room was hotter inside than out with no way to cool it down. No aircon. Avoid!

  Do not book if you don't like Warm Rooms. Made booking for 1st June 2026. Outside Temp was around 18 degrees. Inside Room 27.5 degrees. Room had fan already running when I arrived. Went for dinner and arrived back about 10 p.m and was still 27. Very poor nights sleep and a total waste of money. Wish I'd of just drove down now early morning as I hardly had any sleep. Spoke on Whats App chat and they mentioned website states rooms do not have Aircon. Well I don't expect a room to be so hot when Ambient Temp is low. Feel dissapointed and ripped off.

  Can’t really comment on customer service as we had no interaction due to self service. Rooms were an adequate size. Weirdly the corridors were nicely air conditioned but the rooms were not. On the rare days where it was 30 degrees during the day, it remained extremely hot during the nights. Fairly close proximity to Dover ferry terminal and Folkestone tunnel.
