  Worst night of my life booked in whilst travelling for work with a colleague pacifically booked this hotel as was one of the only one available with aircon and came to my room tried to sleep for a few hours ended up drenched in sweat couldn’t open windows so was forced to go and attempt to sleep in my car with work in only 4 hours this is a great issue for me and really am not locking forward to working on no sleep today thanks premier inn for the misinformation online and not being able to do anything to help me in reception

  Don’t fall for there lies, no air conditioning here. Drove the extra hour due to the weather and was roasting in there, no a/c as advertised, no fan windows don’t open. Shocking

  Premier inn, nothing else needs to be said, rooms spot on and quiet, breakfast as always worth it! Only problem is the location, rush hour traffic is horrendous being the Dartford crossing, but just plan around those times and there's no problem!

  So we stayed at the Premier Inn in Dartford for two days and needed an extra day so went on the app to adjust our stay, like-you -do! Did it log the extra day? Yes, but on the wrong day (Don't laugh :)) In steps guardian angel Kate who worked her magic, we sorted the extra night and she reminded me that our car needed to be logged in the system (You know when you're having one of those days when you're like oh, yes, the car! :)) Premier you have an absolute star in Kate she was calm, collected, she brought a steady sense of confidence to the situation considering the the time pressure restrain we were under and a brilliant sense of humour! The woman gets stuff done! So, thank you Kate, and a huge shout out to the brilliant head chef George, his food suggestions and service was just wow! Premier Inn, that type of of dedication and customer service warrants a bonus of some sort as both of their efforts have contributed significantly to achieving positive results, just sayin! :) Good staff are hard to find these day!
