It serves a purpose. Basic hotel near the QE2 bridge, okay for an overnight business stop. There is a smell of drains present in the rooms and as you walk down the corridor you can smell cigarette smoke and weed. Not pleasant

My Wife and I stayed at the Dartford Premier Inn. The lady at the desk could not have been more helpful in helping me navigate the check in protocol on machine. Room was spotless, well done to the housekeeping team. Bed and bedding were both comfortable and warm. Enjoyed our short stay, thank you Premier Inn.

Rooms are as you'd expect from a PI. Staff on reception are always helpful and friendly. The problem is the restaurant. The staff are being set up to fail. It's a shambles. PI need to get their act together or risk losing customers.

Great location for access to Brands Hatch. Bedroom was lovely - clean, comfortable and a good size. However, the restaurant and bar were a bit of a shambles due to Beefeater pulling out in the summer. The food menu is now very limited and there was no draught beer all weekend. The young skeleton staff were overwhelmed and did their best to keep going, despite constant complaints and quite angry guests. We had one evening meal over the 3 nights we stayed, and it was adequate, but on a par with Wetherspoons cuisine. Breakfast was much better, with a decent selection of the usual food. So no complaints there. The aircon in our room was lacking, but we noticed it was being rectified on the morning of our departure. If we return next year, I would hope for a much better stocked bar and more food choices in the restaurant.
