  Great view out of the hotel restaurant, shame about the prices. Room is basic but enjoying the space and the bath, hot water and heating are available. Tv is naff and they don’t have alternative milk other than soya, vending machine is so expensive it’s shocking. Never really see any staff unless you eat, and if you do see staff at the reception there’s only one young lad that bothers to say hello. Not a very personal experience. Parking is the worst. And so expensive. You’re quids in if you don’t have a car though.

  Perfect for exploring Canterbury. As always with Premier Inns, the rooms clean and quiet, and the staff really helpful.

  Great location for visiting/touring Cantebury 5 minutes walk from the highstreet. On the downside, very limited parking available.

  Never again bathroom water pressure is so low shower pressure is low rooms dont have telephones to call reception

  Very good place to stay. Nice and helpful staff, especially Denise. We had some concern and she helped resolve it. Rooms were clean and noise level was less. Breakfast was also good. Overall, good experience and value for money!
