  We were met by Mo in reception who was professional / welcoming and resolved a problem with the rooms television remote without issue. The checking in process was quick, the reception area was clean and fresh, as were the other communal areas. Our room was bright, clean & recently renovated. The room was quiet, had a powerful shower and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was a nice touch and well received. Thanks for a delightful stay, at a reasonable price.

  (Family room).The bath was very mouldy all over and the toilet was stained at the bottom. The Air Condition was not working properly and was not circulating. The 2 single beds were not comfortable. The car park leading to the reception was poorly maintained and unsafe going through the stairs due to to stairs being dirty and unkept with bad smells on the stairs. Overall, we didn't have a good stay but some staff were ok.

  Premium plus room at Bexley Heath was very clean, well presented and comfortable. Jo on reception was really helpful and very welcoming. Very happy that we chose this hotel.

  The staff are all very friendly with a special shout out to Josephine on reception who was most helpful and very welcoming. The beds were so comfortable even the extra bed in the family room and all very clean. Hotel is positioned in within a stroll to the shops and high street and 15 mins on foot to the train station.

  Jo at the front desk was the highlight of the trip amazing customer service and the hotel was great as well
