  Unhealthy mold and in desperate need of upgrading by a serious builder. Poorly ventilated, unheated bathrooms were designed by someone who had no idea on how to prevent damage to a building. Plasters on the sores have been tried for years, but the root causes have never been addressed. Premier exploit the monopoly in Greenock by price gouging, and know that except for student flats or the twice the price 4* hotel, that's it.

  Hotel review — 9/10 Very good hotel and a place I’m always happy to return to. The staff at reception are always friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had any issues with the service. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and well maintained. You can see that some rooms are starting to show their age a little in particular, some of the electric heaters could probably do with replacing, and a few bathrooms could benefit from a refresh. That said, these are only minor points. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel and I’m always happy to stay here again. Restaurant review — 8/10 The staff are friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I have had both dinner and breakfast here and have always been happy with the food. Everything has been good and I honestly don’t have much to complain about. Overall, a very good experience and a good hotel restaurant.

  The hotel side of this place was amazing and very polite, respectful and accommodating, however while I went to order a meal I was spoken down to and disrespected by the what seemed to be the make shift newly appointed bar manager, and if thats not the case there is a problem and that is why the place was empty and yet they could still be rude to paying customers.

  Location excellent for crematorium. Meal / breakfast deal was excellent. Better than many much more expensive places. Friendly staff. Maybe due a redecoration soon but perfectly OK. Great views over Clyde.

  Had a wonderful meal with my work colleague who's birthday it was, the girls behind the bar were absolutely wonderful,wishing my colleague a Happy Birthday and even bringing a dessert for him as a treat. Thanks girls Carla, Brooke & Calvia xxx
