  We have stayed here several times and always found it very good. Waqar was very helpful when we arrived. The meal, next door, was good if rather slow coming. The staff were very friendly.

  Rooms are clean but no air conditioning and rooms are very uncomfortable and stuffy with only a cheap fan. Food next door is poor. No food one night chef did not arrive for work. Second night we were turned away as we had not booked a time even though the restaurant was empty bar one couple, we spoke to others who had the same experience. Never again. So after two nights we moved hotels and ate elsewhere. We experienced the same at a Brewers Fare and Premier previously so no wonder they closed down. Last time we stay at Premier Inn going forward. They need to review their policies and guest care.

  Nice location. Food now by the Premier Inn. Food ok but no seafood at all. Rooms need a very good clean as dusty.

  We arrived at 4:30pm, We went to our room. Not serviced, no bedding on beds. Bug hole in the single bed. Bathroom was filthy. I went to reception, they told me it would be done. We went out. Came back at 11:30 pm. Room still in the same state. No one at reception, So we had to sleep on top of the mattresses. No apologies no refund. Disgusting service.

  Mixed review. Good stuff: -Staff are 10/10. Really friendly and helpful, cannot fault them. -Good location on the island easy access to key tourist places -Breakfast is delicious -Nice waterside location Bad stuff: - No air con and the fans supplied are extremely dusty, not ideal. The fans do cool you down though.(the rooms are very hot) -No phone signal in this area so have to use WiFi in the hotel to google maps loaded before you leave -No fridges in the rooms -Not many hangers for your clothes in the wardrobe -Breakfast is next door at the beefeater, which is closing all of its branches next month so not sure how anyone in the future will be having breakfast included at this premier inn -Can't shower with the door open because the steam sets off the fire alarm -loads of parking but if you arrive late you do have to park a short walk away which can be difficult if you've got kids and loads of stuff to carry -Doesn't supply normal toilet roll its those little one tissue dispenser -TV isn't easy to use at all
