  Overall we had a very pleasant stay, rooms were nice but the service was 5 star. Well done to everyone, on the Thursday Darren ran the bar and restaurant like a boss on a very busy night and was so welcoming and funny throughout the evening although very busy, on the second night the team Steven Darren and Sofie were fabulous. Darren is an exceptional manager and I loved that Steven apologised for the wait when I wasn't even waiting for that long while he served a huge table. Well done bar crew you nailed it.

  Bedroom temperature remained at 30-31 degrees all night even with window and fan on. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Ordered a starter and main course in the restaurant both arrived at the same time.They took the main course away again and tried to keep it hot under a hot lamp but was cold when it returned. Couldn't pay cash for anything as they had NO change. Breakfast cooked at 7am then kept under a hot lamp resulting in eggs being hard and bacon so dry it was inedible. Avoid this hotel.

  Quite old in need of renovation no air-conditioning fan gust blowing warm air around other than that its OK for short stay

  Stayed here for a concert at Wembley, great quiet location, easy to find, parking can be quite tight and fill up quickly after checkin time. easy access down to Wembley. Service was excellent from Darren, Leon and Lina and they helped us get checked in early. Breakfast however was not that great, the menu is not accurate to what we had available, there was not as much choice as was described.

  Booked an accessable room but the bath wasn't really accessable. Expected more of a wet room type shower with a seat but I managed with the additional handles. Lovely room, lovely bed but no air conditioning so it was a difficult night during the heatwave but they did have a fan in the room. My only real gripe was when I asked the lady behind the counter for a plate for breakfast because they were all gone and she snapped at me about waiting for my eggs. I never ordered any eggs, just wanted a plate. Bit awkward.
