  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn Welwyn Garden City. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was lovely and clean, comfortable and well looked after, which made the whole stay very relaxing. The hotel felt clean and pleasant throughout, and everything was just as you would hope for when staying away from home. It’s clear that the team puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable. I had a really positive experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! ❤️

  We stay at Premier Inns regularly and this one must rank in one of the poorest. We arrived to find the room in complete darkness. We discovered this was due to the fact that the curtain rail was totally broken and it was impossible to undraw the curtains due to all the hooks being missing.This though was not the only fault. The sink tap sprayed up when you tried to use it soaking you through and the toilet was impossible to flush effectively. There is an air con control panel on the wall but it isn’t connected to anything so again totally useless. We will not be frequenypring this Premier Inn again, extremely disappointing.

  Great location for the A1 but isolated in terms of choice for food. We reluctantly opted for the pricey meal deal which was small portions of mediocre, prepared food served extremely slowly. There appeared to be only 3 members of staff covering reception, restaurant, bar and kitchen.The rooms are up to the Premier Inn standards… until the toilet refused to flush, plus the corridors were in need of some attention.

  Location is quite good, pretty much a straight road heading towards the station which helped me get back to London, service was great, gentleman called Leon really helped me out, i needed help with getting my mum to the room (old lady in a wheelchair) and he done nothing but help us get to the room and stated he’d do anything he can to support her and if I needed any help I was to contact him and the team. nice to see there are staff out there like him who Actully help and do there job to a high standard.

  Nice stay , met by really friendly and customer focused receptionist . I asked her name as was so lovely the lady was called Frances very knowledgeable of the area and hotel simply great at her job and made us feel welcome a credit to the business . Lovely breakfast, chef cooked fresh vegetarian sausages on request and everything you could want was available . First room was very warm , was changed with no problem instantly ( but this is not a staff problem it’s the building ) moved to a larger room nice and cool with the best fan nice extra in room . Had a problem with a sink and the property manager came and fixed with in moments ( another friendly chap ) Great stay to be near London loads of parking & very comfy beds Good value !
