  I like Premier Inn. You always know what you’ll get. This one is a nice hotel in terms of the building and facilities are good. However, the staff were awful. The waitress at breakfast was unbelievably miserable and unaccomodating, we tried to cheer her up but were just met with scowls and dirty looks. My Dad is a shareholder and produced the card as entitled to a free breakfast, the lady manager walked in and caused such a scene that was totally unnecessary. These two women shouldn’t be working anywhere near hospitality. Their attitudes were horrendous. The ‘cooked’ breakfast was stone cold. As shareholders, we will be raising an official complaint.

  Lovley clean and pleanty of parking. Staff are always helpful and will always do thier best for you.Beef eater is brilliant for food and drinks.

  I have only been here for two days, and today was the worst. Where I live in Hertford, there are around 60 flats in our block. On Saturday 23rd May, the mains water pipe supplying our block burst, leaving us with no water. Then the electrics failed as well, so we were relocated into hotels. We are hopeful that we will be able to return home by 5th June, but it has been an absolute nightmare. I had never stayed at a Premier Inn before, but today I spoke to a young lady on reception called Hanna, and she went out of her way to make me feel so welcome. I felt like I was troubling her all day asking questions, but she was nothing but kind, patient, and helpful — an absolute angel. I told her I wanted to write a review because I felt she deserved recognition, although I think I embarrassed her a little! Hanna truly deserves to be thanked by whoever is in charge at Premier Inn, because every Premier Inn needs more Hannas. Hanna, this is for you — thank you again. X

  Comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff and a handy location for our weekend break. Breakfast was decent, and the bed was very cosy. A solid choice for a short business trip.
