  I've never stayed at this hotel and never will - I'm just using this review to point out that a scam company is using it to scam people. If you've been sent here to leave a 5 star review - don't. It's a scam to get your bank details. I did it with a fake number and account (hence the username) just to see how it played out. If you're speaking with someone on WhatsApp re: a job, delete them and block. Google - DON'T delete this review, if you so then you're putting people at risk of being defrauded.

  Clean and spacious rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Made very welcome and the stay was comfortable. Close to local amenities, which was needed as I do not drive. Getting too and from the hotel was very easy and practical. Quiet during the night with no noise. Would certainly stay here again.

  Was a little worried after reading other reviews when my daughter booked us in this Premier Inn, however after staying in many other Premier Inns thought we d give it a chance - The staff were lovely, food great they squeezed us in last minute and the room clean and comfy infact came home and ordered the pillows.

  We stayed in a family room with our young daughter and had a lovely stay, all of the staff were amazing - so kind, welcoming and helpful. It really made such a difference to our stay. The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was good and as expected. We appreciated the air con as the room was quite hot even though it wasn't that warm outside. We would stay again if we needed to be in the area.

  Just wanted to leave a quick note to say how amazing Lexi was when we checked in here. She was working as manager and honestly, she was so lovely right from the start. Really warm, down to earth, and actually took the time to sort everything out properly for us. Nothing was too much trouble at all — she answered all our questions, helped get our booking exactly how we needed it, and just made us feel welcome instead of like just another number. It’s such a nice surprise to get that kind of genuine care these days. Big thanks to Lexi for being so good at her job and so kind — she’s a credit to this place. Would 100% stay here again, and hope she’s around next time we come through!
