  There is a reason why this hotel is rated higher than some four-star hotels. They know service and live it everyday. Their service is so over the top that I said thank you more time in two days than I have any other time in my life. They are a strong amazing team. I highly recommend this hotel!!

  Cheap city centre hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Just be aware that there is no hotel parking, and to be fair they do warn you. Two nights, @40 hrs could cost you £20-£25, almost the same in any StAlbans car park.

  I stay in premier Inn hotels every week for the last 20 years and tonight I have had the pleasure of staying at the St Albans city centre and have had the best ever service from a outstanding lady. She serviced, reception, bar and restaurant. She is trully a asset to premier inn and needs recognised. There's not many staff that will multi task and serve every customer with a smile, acknowledgement to ensure everyone was aware she would be with them soon. NAHAL I had to put caps on as she trully needs recognition. Thank you NAHAL. you made my stay xxxx and I will be back xxx

  Horrible condescending staff on entrance, poor quality rooms, and loud music outside until 2am + really expensive for service provided. Also no parking provided and no compensation in spite of website stating otherwise. Absolutely horrendous experience. AVOID!!!

  I stayed in St. Albans for almost 3 weeks while working. It was superbly situated and the facilities were spot on. The rooms were comfortable and the beds did exactly as advertised and gave me an excellent night's sleep. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention one specific member, I think her name was Nahla. She gave 100% every single day. She never stopped and was super customer focused.
