  Have stayed at Premier Inn Luton South a handful of times now and have found the staff to ALWAYS be happy and helpful. After having a very stressful day and feelimg a bit low Sandra was so kind and lovely to talk to IF Sandra reads this i still defo think you need a bar lol looking forwards to seeing and staying in one of the new refurbed rooms thankyou

  Service was good, room was clean but entire building and everything in it is very dated. Located just off the motorway, so good choice for passers by.

  Good location. Good value. Only does breakfast. You have to go to the harvester for your evening meal. Outside looking tired.

  Rooms were very hot and humid and no AC. The electric oscillating fan on the shelf above the kettle. Could do with cleaning as it's got years of dust inside it, which keeps dislodging and falling on the bed over time. The floor standing fan in the corner near the electric wall heater also had dust stuck to the fan blades. I did not want to switch it on. In the corners at waist level near the bed the wall had dust stuck to the wall. They could do with a vac and wipe. The hand soap dispenser was completely empty on arrival. On use of the shower, water collected and did not drain away fast enough. I was basically standing in dirty water each time, until I stepped out of the shower. The toilet flush leaver did not look like it was at 9 o'clock instead it was at 7 o'clock. This meant to clear the waste I had to pump the leaver at least 5 times up and down to actually flush it. This is the first time I've had this experience with so many things wrong. Because the hotel is just off the main road that's 50MPH. You do hear vehicles zooming past when the window is open. I'll add it to my Google reviews to ensures more people know about it.
