  I’ve stayed in many a premier over the years and this is one of the friendliest ones with helpful staff and a great breakfast! Especially as I have allergies, so it’s nice to be asked on arrival about allergies from the lady who checks you in for breakfast and she made sure that chef cooked me up something that suited my needs so thank you for going the extra mile to the lady that checks your room number I’m going into breakfast and to the chef for looking after me

  We booked this hotel because of it's location, close to longleat zoo and a stones throw from the motorway to continue our journey. We arrived last night, the guy on reception didn't seem interested at all in welcoming us, no smile and a little abrupt when I had to ask him to repeat himself due to him being quietly spoken. The room itself was the smallest room I have come across in a premier inn and wasn't really suitable for a family of four with little to no walking room around beds. The morning did improve vastly, the staff at breakfast were much better, really friendly and helpful and much more like the premier inn service I've come to expect. Don't think we'll be returning to this hotel in the future.

  Stayed there 1 night 31st July R 120, Location just off the J 9 M1😊🚗👍, Check in efficient and polite receptionist.Room good, tv, fan and good shower comfortable and quiet and a good nights sleep. Bfast on site was very good, organised and well run. Parking is free and good, Hsrvestor next door for lunch or Dinner god food and great service Lilith was or waitress and Very Good 5 Stars for her. The placid being refurbished in October to over so I heard and being done in stages, the front needs painting and weeding. Overall a good stay all round, will use it again when down there 9/10 for this hotel😊😊😊👍👍

  It's a Premier Inn so you know what you're getting if you've stayed at one before. Location good for nipping off the motorway, rooms are generic Premier Inn, staff are friendly. We've stayed here 3 times to meet family halfway for a couple of days as the location is good for us. My top tip would be to try the restaurant about a mile down the road instead of the adjacent restaurant which has been a bit loud, slow and variable in quality when we've been there. Try Malaraj Indian Restaurant which is 1 minute drive away and has great service and delicious food. It's a gem hidden in a building that hides how great it is inside. Even my parents tried all the different foods there and loved it - if you knew them you'd be really impressed with hiw good it must be to tempt them away from fish and chips on a Friday!😉
