  One of the nicer franchises from the chain. The location is great for those using it as a base to nearby towns/London (walking distance to the train station), I checked in late and night staff were friendly, and had a nice vibe about them compared to other hotels where night staff look like they need a bed instead. Room was nice. Bathroom clean. Temp just right for me. Quiet. Everything I needed.

  I am a regular visitor to the area and always stay at this hotel as the welcome, service and professionalism of the team is excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel i, both rooms and public areas is consistently outstanding. Evening meals and breakfast is of very high quality.
