  Only down side the car parking spaces can be very far away from your hotel room.

  The rooms are ok with working aircon, but a little worn in places with some mould in the bathroom area. It easy to find, but be warned you do have to pay for parking.

  Pros - good location to get to north London and plenty of parking spaces - close to food and drink, ie the service stations Cons - Rude and poor service - the gentleman checking us in for breakfast was snappy and very dismissive, rude. - Breakfast - advertised as open until 10.30, everything is packed away at 10am with no prior notice given. I watched the lady turn away three families who were not told breakfast is until 10 (we were also not told we just happened to come down at 9.45am). Again, she seemed dismissive and rude. The staff refused to hand us an orange at 10.05 as everything had been packed away... - AC is appalling in the rooms - I went and bought a fan to be put in the room to at least try and cool it down a bit - no late check out as an option

  Service in restaurant was poor. No one knew what anyone was doing, if you requested anything they forgot to bring it. I aksed 3 times for a drink. Half of the food wasn't available. I asked the woman on reception to book the restaurant but she didn't book it as someone had took the sheet and she couldn't walk around the corner to ask, so ended up doing it myself. Really poor.

  Comfortable rooms, one of them had an Aircon fault so immediately moved to a different one, I saw lots of negative comments about car parking and was worried. To be honest it was good. Compared to nearby premier inns we paid a good £25-30 a night less and great value. Slightly older properly but didn't bother us
