  Comfortable sleep in the small township of Letchworth garden city, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and not too far from the train station. The room and amenities are ok, nothing to complaint and I’ll say it’s quite good for this range of price. The check in was a bit awkward when I arrived there wasn’t anyone but the auto checkin machine didn’t work so I got to press the bell for assistance. Breakfast was not bad. There are 2 Chinese restaurants just across the street, Indian food and fried chicken shop, along with some western food restaurants. I would say it’s easy for me as an Asian traveler.

  Staff are lovely but wanted to charge for a cup of coffee because I wasn't having breakfast, not their fault but a bit of a bad company policy

  Just popped in for breakfast and had a great experience. All the food was freshly made and the staff were brilliant. Would highly recommend

  Great hotel, good location, great service and very clean. We've stayed twice in the last 3 months visiting family. At Christmas we were given some lovely touches for our child which were greatly appreciated. I'd also recommend the Churros Boys near the cinema too!
