Uninspiring town and unlimited breakfast like all the others is not as it has been broken last 4 years apparently.

Comfortable stay here which is what makes Premier Inn so great. A special mention to the kitchen staff who went above and beyond with my breakfast. They took my allergy seriously and made sure everything was gluten-free. An added bonus was the vegan sausages and bacon which was also gluten-free. The Pros: Excellent location with the train station and town centre a short walk away, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed, hot shower and good TV reception, friendly staff at check in and check out who were always on hand to help, the breakfast which was generous and good value. The cons: nothing to mention

Wonderful experience at the letchworth location. Was so much more than what I expected. The hospitality was excellent. Everyone made me feel so relaxed. They were so welcoming. I stayed for a week. By the time I left I felt like I was leaving family. I very much look forward to coming back. The breakfast was amazing. The vegetarian option blew me away. Very comfortable bed. I settled in very nicely. Also had some great conversations with everyone. Amazing team. I want to thank everyone for making my stay a great experience. Aileen,Leanne,Dustin,Terri,Denise,Sharon. Also the gentleman from Zimbabwe. Great conversation at 4 in the morning. Excellent general manager. Wonderful area manager. Truly appreciate your kindness. Thank you 🙏

Great central location. Staff here can't do enough for you. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely and quiet. Booked a table for dinner and had a lovely meal. Paid parking just up the road, not a problem. A really good premier inn.
