  Sadly very disappointed with our rooms which were incredibly grotty and in a state of disrepair. Basic levels of maintenance had not been upheld and now the rooms are in such a condition that they are in dire need of renovation. Cleanliness was also an issue with hairs and black mould in the bathroom. It felt like a bit of a con to be honest as Premier Inns are always advertised as clean, modern and newly maintained. I appreciated that the staff had placed a fan in the room as it was a hot day however I barely slept a wink because the intensity of the fan was in my face all night and we couldnt figure out how to turn it down. I'm not sure why a large chain like Premier Inn can't invest in air con like most hotels. I was however pleased that the bed was extremely comfy and the bedding was clean at least. The parking situation was also very convenient – plenty of spaces and free of charge without any faff.

  Hotel in posizione strategica per visitare i Warner Bros Studios o Windsor ma anche Legoland (quest'ultima un po' più lontana). Datato. Per chi non ha grandi pretese. Non c'è ascensore. Non ha aria condizionata in caso di caldo estivo, che ultimamente sembra non mancare in Inghilterra (solo ventilatori... quindi sonno penalizzato) Sala colazione piccola con arredamento...diciamo da rivedere. Colazione in stile inglese e poco altro. Attenzione alle contaminazioni in caso di allergie: la cucina è unica e piccola. Per il senza glutine non hanno lieviti, solo pane in cassetta e muesli.

  We stayed here after visiting the Harry Potter studio, and it was a good location, with lots of parking, and a steakhouse on site. The room was a good size, the food was plentiful, and the staff in the kitchen were lovely. The receptionist when we arrived was less friendly, but the catering staff were great at cooking gluten free items for the breakfast. There weren't any other GF items on offer, so the continental was a no go and I didn't see any sign of the GF muesli/granola that was mentioned on the website, but the food that was cooked fresh was lovely. Our room's window opened on a safety catch so the room was 23 degrees warm, but fans had at least been provided. The shower was over a bath and the temperature jumped around a lot, but everything was clean and available that we needed. Weirdly, our bedside tables were nowhere near the bed and fixed to the wall, so that was a real pain as I couldn't reach mine, but everything else went well. It is a real shame that the smoking area is in front of the main entrance. There was no way to leave or enter without getting a face full of smoke which made me worry what level of quality we would find inside. Happily, all was well.
