  Big thanks to Stacey at Premier Inn Hitchin the best service I’ve every had our dinner and drinks were lovely and her kindness and cheerfulness really made it worth it all I Highly recommend her as she make you feel welcome thank you for a wonderful evening

  This hotel is one of my favourites I enjoy visiting my family here in hitchin but when I came here I was welcomed with a very warm big smile and friendly person called Stacey who showed she really cared for every guest that came through the door every guest she greeted she made them feel welcomed I decided to join in for dinner and she was really helpful and kind and helped me decide what was the best thing to order great recommendations by the way she even came over and asked how my meal was and I really enjoyed it it was so nice to see someone who truly cared and appreciate helping others her hospitality skills were amazing she deserves a good praise for a great service she provided thank you Stacey

  I had a wonderful stay my company was the ones who paid for me to stay here for work training the first person who interacted with me was a lady with glasses she was really nice she made me feel welcome she helped me checked in she also gave me a jug full of ice as it was really hot she really made me feel welcome i never got her name but she did wear glasses with purple hair

  Stacey was fantastic she helped with checking in as I had no clue how to use the kikso she was really polite and friendly with face to face check in she even helped me with bring an iron and iron board as I couldn't carry it she was amazing

  We had an excellent experience at Premier Inn Hitchin, thanks to Kiran. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to listen carefully to all of our requirements and made us feel valued as guests. We requested an early check-in, which was a paid service, and Kiran handled everything smoothly. Our biggest concern was having a spotless room and a clean washroom, and he made sure those requirements were met. He even double-checked everything before giving us the room, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. Kiran's attention to detail, excellent customer service, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Kiran, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We would happily stay here again.
