  I go to Premier Inn in Hemel every year, the beds are super comfortable, rooms are to high standard of cleanliness. I got dinner three of my 4 nights and really enjoyed the food. I especially want to thank the staff at the restaurant, excellent customer service.

  One of the best premier inns I've stayed at. The room was clean and modern. Great customer service from everyone. Surrounding area is beautiful.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received in relation to my booking at Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead Central. After booking and paying in full, I received an email from Premier Inn advising that building works would be taking place at the hotel during my stay, with potential noise disruption between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., together with scaffolding around the building. Naturally, I was concerned and contacted customer services to cancel my booking and request a refund. I was then told that Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead Central would not have any building works during my stay and that the email had been generated automatically. This simply doesn't make sense. If there are no building works at the hotel during my stay, why send customers an email warning them of noise disruption and scaffolding? It leaves customers with conflicting information and no confidence in what they are being told. As I am travelling from Ireland, I was not prepared to take the risk of arriving at Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead Central only to discover that building works were in progress. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was told none was available. I also asked for a manager to contact me by a specified time, but I never received a call. To make matters worse, it is practically impossible to contact anyone by email. You are continually directed to a virtual assistant instead of being able to communicate with someone who has the authority to resolve a genuine customer concern. I am still waiting for Premier Inn to do the right thing by cancelling my booking at Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead Central and refunding the £452 I paid. A very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of customer service I expected.

  Amazing service. Comfortable rooms. Great views from our room. It was during a heatwave that we stayed here. Staff brought extra water and a sheet to our room, to help us sleep better. The air conditioning worked. The view from our top floor room was fabulous.
