As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Sam, who has very helpful and was able to provide us with lots of information about our stay. In the evening we also met Hannah who was very bubbly and attentive to us, Brennan cooked us a delicious meal for dinner and was also very nice. Overall we have had a wonderful stay but these 3 certainly went out of their way for us as a family with fantastic customer service. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend! One note please give the hotel more keycards to give out to customers it can be difficult only having one as a family with older children.

Great rooms, now they've had the building work completed they've got double the rooms and some really nice room as well, and it has that really nice brand new carpet smell. All staff are very polite and friendly and always happy to help. Definitely recommend.

The team at Premier Inn Hatfield were great. A special shout out to Sam, who served me dinner, for his exemplary service.

Room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not altogether terrible but some elements were sub standard. Rubbery and dry microwave cooked scrambled egg. Under cooked poached eggs. Dry cardboard like mushrooms. Beans microwave heated in plastic containers containers.

We had a very comfortable stay. Easy and pleasant check in. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was responsive to requests. The restaurant bar was well set up and had a good selection. The cooked breakfast was complete and croissants were wonderful. Only thing missing was hair conditioner.
