  We checked in at around 8pm, we checked in waited for a few minutes the AC ain't working. The guy staff there during the night checked the other available rooms but unfortunately none of which were working. We were told that unfortunately it's been going on for 2 days that 10 of their rooms were not having AC and that another 10 just got reported to be not working as well. We were offered a fan a very dusty fan that does not even give any air. I was promised that 1 night will be refunded to us and we will be moved to an airconditioned room the next day once guests have checked out. That he made sure of that and left a note on the system. We had to sleep somewhere else that night coz I have a 3 year old who cant bear the heat of that room. Came back at around 2pm the next day, was told by the staff in there that they are fully booked and there was no room for us to be moved and nothing that they can do that 80% of their room is currently not having air conditon. He is not sure why I was promised to be moved when they are fully booked. He said he saw the note on our file left by the staff from last night but there is nothing they can do. I even said for double room instead of a family room as long as it has an aircondition, but all I got is there is nothing they can do. Take note this is during the hottest day of the heatwave June 25 & 26. I was given a number which I told them that no one answers that phone ever, I was then given a direct number for guest relation. Called the number filled a complain for a refund. Was told that they cannot fully investigate the case as the staff is not aware that we have left the hotel. When I clearly told that male staff after he told me there is nothing he can do is that we are leaving. I took our stuff and left. Which is now they are saying the refund is pending and depending on the outcome of the investigation?! No one is ever present in the reception of that hotel you have to buzz and wait. No wonder people are complaining about the staffs there. Also I checked before booking that room making sure that that Premier Inn has an aircondition as I am aware not all premier Inn have AC, on their site it states there is. I tried calling before booking to make sure they have working aircondition but no one is answering that phone. My family and I are now checked in at Edgeware premier inn with a working AC in our room. Yet there is nothing they can do about our refund as the staff are unable to check us out because they are not aware.

  Air con did not work in room and it was one of the hottest nights breakfast was not the best had long wait for it to be filled up waited for ages to check in not enough staff and not the most friendliest booked table for dinner was told could not eat till 8pm the resturant was empty so do not know why we had to wait would I stay here again no

  We had such a lovely stay on the way back from our trip to France. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was lovely as always and the staff were fantastic.

  I don't normally leave reviews for good service but felt compelled here. The entire team seemed thoroughly engaged and professional. Special shout out to Blaise in the restaurant who really couldn't have been any more patient and helpful at dinner.
