  Fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. My room was clean and tidy Breakfast was great and my server for breakfast bonti was very helpful Over great experience and I’ll defo be using it again

  Stayed Monday 10th Aug on the 4th floor, politely asked the evening receptionist for an Iron & ironing board and it was like I asked for a Kidney, Room air con didn’t work, but they left instructions out on how to use it, which I thought was a nice touch, they had a stand up fan in room, removed duvet cover as it was to hot and the duvet was covered in yellow p#ss stains, went to use a plug socket and a previous plug prong had snapped off and remained in the socket hole, hairdryer wiring was dodge had to hold the wire a certain way for it to work, only one elevator worked on arrival, both out of service on departure, breakfast ok, the Hilton across the road where I am tonight is miles better.

  The room was cleaned well except the carpet was a bit dirty, staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great with good transport links. Over all a great experience.

  1.The ac wasn’t working 2. We got given a dirty fan 3. The bed wasn’t even on a safety thing since the bed was moving around like a sports car *The man at the desk was very nice and helped us out 5 stars to him ⭐️*

  This is easily the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed at. We were lied to about having more than one key card, then told we weren't allowed a spare at all. The air conditioning didn't work, the water ran cold, and staff were extremely rude and appeared dishonest at every turn. We waited nearly an hour at the entrance doors just to be let in, and despite what's advertised, there doesn't seem to be 24-hour staff on site either. Completely unacceptable service.
