  Out of city. Not much to eat or order Around. Basic room small and cramped. Compared to other premier inn properties this fails.

  Good enough until I got home and received a £60.00 parking fine for the morning I left. Will affect my premier inn bookings in future.

  Went with my mum and son to visit family. Wish I'd had a look at the reviews before we booked because my lord was it filthy. Staff were nice but the room was just unclean. Definitely not hoovered and had hairs on the double bedsheet. Jumped in the shower in the morning only to realise shower gel was empty and the towels were stinking. The hall had a roomba on the go during the evening but the edgings around the carpet were dirty and the stairs clearly hadn't been done in a long time. Wish I'd allowed my mum to complain at the time but unfortunately I didnt appreciate the amount she'd spent on the room and didn't want to make a fuss. I'd presumed she got a deal so finding out she paid over £180 makes me feel terribly guilty. Head office aren't interested after the fact, specifically because we didn't complain at the time or take pictures (even though a quick look at tripadvisor will show how gross it is). So my advice, don't stay at all, but if you really must, please dont make the same mistake as me and complain at the time - and remember to take pictures. Premier inn was always my go to when staying away from home and I've never had an issue. Not anymore!

  Hemos estado 2 noches en ese alojamiento, la ubicación está a las afueras de la ciudad; es necesario llevar coche para poder acceder a los lugares cercanos. La habitación no está mal, en la línea de los hoteles de esa cadena, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear: había almohadas debajo de la cama con moqueta, y el ascensor y las escaleras hacía meses que no habían sido limpiados en condiciones. La sensación es que, para los 250 €/noche que hemos pagado... dista mucho de lo esperado. Los precios de la zona son elevados, pero la relación calidad-precio no es aceptable. El párking gratuito para clientes.

  This was a very bad decision as we booked a family room thinking it would be a chain of hotels so would be nice but rooms were dirty , floor carpet looked very dirty and not cleaned for ages , toilet was not cleaned after use by previous guests may be..it was just so smelly and mouldy smell in bathroom. The hand soap bottle was so much in bad shape then when I pumped it was some black spray that came on the wall and in shower it was a small insect that dropped out of it. Bed seemed ok but some iching when we took blankets. The only good thing was the breakfast and the restaurant which had good food and fresh breakfast served with fast service. Kindly check the toilets at least once you have next guest. The toilet seat was so dirty and the only main reason for me to provide this review.
