  The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. When we arrived it was full of dirt under the bed. The reception girl had to come with a broom. Of the 4 days we stayed, they only cleaned the room on the last day, after repeatedly complaining to us without any response. There was a lot of dirt in the hallways, mould in the bathtub and dust everywhere. The breakfast was painful, without any variation in 4 days and with very low quality products. Bad location, a lot of noise at night and excessive heat. Only the vehicle parking lot is saved.

  The restaurant needs to be more sorted. We were staying at the hotel & asked to book a table for Sunday evening for the Roast/Carvery and we're told they couldn't guarantee there would be any left, due to the busy lunches. As it was there wasn't enough left at 6pm, which we weren't impressed by - poor management. We went to order drinks & didn't have any small proseccos left, only large bottle. Generally most bars would open the bottle & serve a glass, with the high likelihood of selling more. We then ordered our meals & were told a number of things had run out. Sunday night got quite busy during the time we were there. Poor Management. The hotel itself was comfortable but we had to ask for things like towels & pillow cases, but that's not a big issue. Our room was a good size but lacking in amenities like a fridge. Overall it was good.

  Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war sauber und mit einem großen Doppelbett sowie zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet, was für unsere Familie sehr angenehm war. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Klimaanlage, die wir als recht laut empfanden. Gerade nachts war sie ehrlich gesagt zu laut zum Schlafen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz. Die Parkgebühren werden beim Check-in für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer bezahlt. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Brewers Fayre Restaurant. Dort wird ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet angeboten, das bei unserem Aufenthalt im Preis inbegriffen war. Außerdem kann man dort auch gut zu Abend essen. Für Familien praktisch: Neben dem Restaurant gibt es einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Inverness, insbesondere für Familien und Reisende mit dem Auto.

  Stayed here for 4 nights, it’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Toilet was not clean with faecal matter in the toilet and all over the seat. The drain clearly hasn’t been cleaned in months with the water no longer draining. I had to pull out the drain which solved the issue but revealed just how clogged it was. But had to keep putting it back as it stunk. I left it out on exit so the cleaners can actively see it. Also hardly any toilet paper was left in the room. So basically nothing had been done but the bed and towels between guests. The room had no air con and the window barely opened. There was a small fan but it didn’t do the job. The side building we stayed in which was separate to the main building and near the road so with the window open it was loud. There building looked like a ex-office building with glass on the hall way and entry wall stair well in the center of the building, which made the heat even worse as the sun turned it in to a green house. Generally dirty all round and I get it’s a premier in but this was pretty bad.

  This is not the Ritz, so quite how it's nearly £600 for two rooms for two nights is anyone's guess. Paid it as we had a need to be in Inverness and it was a hotel that met our needs. It's well known that Whitbread, parent company of Premier Inn, are in major financial difficulties, but charging 5* prices for 3* hotels won't solve that. Would I stay again? Only at a lower price or an absolute last resort. The Holiday Inn nearby may be cheaper. As others have said, room cleanliness also an issue.
