You can either check in or you can't. Don't try and charge me for an early check in 1.5 hrs before the posted check in time. Is the room ready or not, if not no worries, (yes, you do store our bags, thanks) if so then let us in.
Very overpriced for just the room and breakfast. The room we had was an assisted room, it was very tired, dust under the desk , the bathroom wet room was in need of a very good scrubbing, the carpet in the bedroom was worn and tired, the pillows were not soft and fluffy as advertised and the mattress had seen better days. I was very unimpressed with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone

They mixed double and twin rooms. There was no personnel to give us sheets in the afternoon. To have your room cleaned you must inform the reception one day in advance. The breakfast was poor
If there is zero star, I will do that. I was having 3-day Isle of Sky and The Highlands tour with provider “Hairy Coo” (Get your Guide platform)
On their website, the hotel is referred. With the trust, no second thoughts I just booked it 2 nights for £558
Once checked in, I felt I was cheated by the pictures they put on the website. Other than the location, nothing is right.
DIRTY ROOM, FALLING APART BATH TISSUE HOLDER, DIRT IN THE BATHROOM…..
And they charged £558 for 2 nights?
I would like to let everyone know don’t book this hotel!!!!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel. My experience was deeply concerning due to significant service failures and unprofessional conduct by your staff.Despite the premium pricing, the hotel appears severely understaffed. Room service was inadequate, cleaning was strictly limited to towel replacement, which was neither stated nor communicated during the room service request. Furthermore, the breakfast provided did not meet the standards expected of this hotel chain. Eg - If bread is finished, the server says, it is finished and no further replenishment will occur.Most distressing was the behavior of the Hotel Manager, Dean, and staff member, Shannon. Both individuals were consistently rude and lacked basic hospitality training. When I attempted to voice my concerns, I was met with hostility rather than assistance. Specifically, Dean threatened to have my family—including my 15-month-old child and my 65-year-old parents—removed from the hotel at 5:30 PM and mentioned involving the police simply because I sought to make a complaint by raising false alarms & accusations.
To ensure the safety and comfort of my family for the night, I was forced to apologize for my grievances until we could secure alternative accommodations the following day.
I strongly urge the corporate management team to review the employment and conduct of Dean and Shannon. Their actions were unprofessional and have seriously damaged the reputation of your brand. I look forward to your prompt response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
